    The Bills squeak by the Raiders in the final minutes of the game. Baltimore crumbles after their week 1 beating of Pittsburgh (who ended up shutting out the Seahawks this week). Matt Ryan wins it for his team in Atlanta, and Vick gets a concussion.

    The Manningless Colts are now 0-2.
